Start a scan
Use Scan Mac for the broadest view, Scan Home Folder for a focused personal scan, or choose a specific folder from the app window.
Use Tidy to inspect storage pressure safely. The app reports candidates and opens Finder; it does not remove files for you.

Some system and app folders are protected by macOS. If Tidy reports unreadable areas, open Full Disk Access from the app and grant access in System Settings.
Use Review to filter findings, inspect evidence and reveal selected files in Finder before taking action.
Open Storage Map to inspect folder totals and drill into the locations that explain most of the space usage.
Run another scan of the same location later. Changes shows which folders grew or shrank since the previous scan.
Settings contains license activation. Check for Updates lives in the app menu, next to the standard macOS About item.
