Create a rewrite prompt, paste the returned draft into Review Result and inspect changed names, dates, numbers, links, quotations, citations and structure before accepting it.
Drop supported files or a folder from Finder or another macOS app into Files, or choose them with the file picker. One selected folder becomes a batch, and a multi-file drop keeps every readable file URL. Individual inspection and privacy export run in the background with visible progress. A file cannot be replaced while its staged export is being verified and published. Folder inspection stops at 200 supported files and is cancelled when another batch or single file is selected. Create privacy copy writes a separate verified export; it does not replace the original. Multi-page and animated images are inspected frame by frame; privacy copies retain frame count, orientation, loop count and timing. MOV, MP4, M4V and M4A samples are remuxed without transcoding; camera, editing and timed metadata are omitted. JPEGs with embedded previews are re-encoded at maximum quality. SVG external resources, stylesheets, custom entities and embedded HTML are removed while internal visual references remain. PDF annotation metadata is removed and visible annotations are burned into the page so covers and redactions remain visible.
Clean Clipboard is available in the menu bar. If only HTML is present, source headers, remote-resource elements and tag attributes are removed before visible text is extracted. Cleaning writes one plain-text clipboard item; HTML, RTF and source URL flavors do not remain. The optional restore snapshot is limited to 32 items, 64 representations, 16 MB each and 32 MB total; cleaning still proceeds without restore above those limits. Clean Selected Text can be enabled in System Settings under Keyboard, Keyboard Shortcuts, Services, Text.
Choose Check for Updates from the application menu or Settings. The app retrieves the public release manifest only when you request a check.
